Tvelp's primary challenge is attracting and retaining registered travellers, which is the supply side of its business. Despite consistent demand from shoppers, the platform needs to reinforce its traveller base. Furthermore, Tvelp aims to increase brand awareness and build trust among its users to ensure a positive and reliable experience for everyone involved. The startup has sought assistance from the Society of Business IIT Roorkee to address these critical issues.
